What Others Are Saying About This Experience

“Through your gentle guidance in preparing and integrating, I was able to reclaim a wise inner-child part of myself that I had forgotten, but that was always there.”
Ron W.
“I've struggled with my issues for a long time, and now I feel a real shift in how I relate to them. I feel hope.”
Steph H.

I have a lot of experience with helping people face and embrace their Shadow, the parts of themselves they are unconscious of. For many people, the Shadow has a negative connotation, representing the parts of ourselves we don’t like. This limits us, our view of ourselves and our ability to step into our power in partnership with our hidden gifts.

First, we need to remember that our Shadow is simply everything we are unaware of or unable to see about ourselves. We are unconscious of these parts of ourselves. Often these parts were kept hidden from us, or in our family and society before we were even born, yet they weigh on us and shape our life choices.

For many, our greatest gift and power are hiding in our Shadow. This has been called the Golden Shadow by some. I help you reconnect to these hidden gifts, so you can live your empowered life. Otherwise, as we have all experienced, our Shadow can undermine our best intentions.

My many years as a psychiatrist have taught me to behold all of you, including the Shadow sides, to help you partner with more of yourself.

Based on my own journey, I’ve learned that we are unconscious about how the Shadow, both our own and our family’s and society’s, can deeply influence our choices, without us even knowing.

I will help you discover what’s limiting you, how your Shadow weighs on you and how to embrace your hidden gifts. Over many years, I’ve learned that healing is beholding and we can behold more of each other than we can see of ourselves.

The greatest gift you can give yourself is to embrace more of yourself.

So…

…if you’re frustrated with not living the life you keep dreaming of…

…you want to learn how to overcome unconscious blocks that have been limiting you…

…you’re ready to partner with your greatest power…

…I’d be honored to work with you.

The initial sessions are 90min so we can really get to know each other. Subsequent sessions are usually 60min. The initial session is $300, subsequent sessions are $200.

In my experience, 2 to 3 sessions around your experience is all most people need. My goal is to empower you to make the most of your experience, how best to integrate them into your life and above all to not turn you into a ‘professional patient.’

You, like each of us, have a unique soul path. Work with me to embrace your soul’s calling.
